I want to integrate my Zoom Phone and meetings with Zoho CRM to automatically record all calls, meetings, and transcriptions directly in CRM contacts, with automatic lead creation for first-time callers.

I do not know or understand what API, Webhook, SDK is or know coding. I am from a non IT background. If you could suggest a step by step solution in a non technical language, I would really appreciate it. This forum might not be a place for me but the support agent asked me to post here.

Thank you for your response, Ehalf. I have added Zoom Phone in Zoho marketplace as a telephony app. I can see the call recordings in contacts on Zoho. The transcription and automatic lead creation is missing.

Can you please share a video or guide me step by step how to do this through Zapier?
