Zoom 2 Audio Track Bug

We have been receiving reports that if there are 2 audio tracks playing we cannot mute one of them, and both of them still plays, this makes the feature unusable as both audio overlaps with each other.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. In other words, the Unmute Original Audio button isn’t working in some cases?

I’ve seen this reported in the past but so far we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. I’m hoping to gather information here that might pinpoint the cause.

  1. What version of Chrome are you using?

  2. Do you have Web Isolation configured in your implementation?

  3. Does this happen with all meetings or just some?

  4. Does the Sample Web App exhibit this behavior?
