Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Install App in Zoom
  2. Set Up Zoom room for alerts
  3. Configure Zoom Alert notifications in ServiceNow
  4. Edit Zoom Room name with the Zoom Room name with over 40 characters
  5. Force alert in Zoom Room
  6. Check Incident/Case created in ServiceNow

There are no notes on the tech documentation on how to edit the limitation on the API, can this be done?

Thanks for sharing that payload. That payload looks like it’s coming from a source other than Zoom. Our payloads follow the format shown in our documentation here:

Can you confirm where you retrieved that payload from?

I got it form ServiceNow - I will get the Zoom team to provide this info
