Zoom API and Vyopta Monitoring : Unresponsive

Description/Error
Our Vyopta Monitoring is reporting that the Zoom API is “Unresponsive”. While configuring the Vyopta monitoring server, it Verify / Validates the api.zoom.us site, along with my generated API keys/password.

However, Zoom does not respond back with any data from the Vyopta API calls. Please advise.

Which APIs are you calling? Could you provide me the request payload? Also, are you using JWT or an OAuth app when using our APIs?

Could you provide me the request payload?

Also, are you using JWT or an OAuth app when using our APIs?
Vyopta uses JWT app to talk to Zoom REST APIs.

Hey @jwiegratz, it would be great if the Vyopta engineers could post here with more details like the request body they are sending, and any errors they are seeing.

Without that we cannot debug because those endpoints work for us.
