I’m having an issue with the Zoom API while trying to create new basic users through our application.
The user creation request was working correctly with an earlier version of our integration, but recently the API started returning a 400 error with error code 3412. The response indicates that the account has reached the maximum limit of 20 basic users.
What makes this confusing is that we expected to be able to create and remove temporary users as needed during our testing process.
I’ve checked the request format and reviewed the API response, but I’m still not sure whether this is a change in account-level restrictions or something related to how Zoom counts users after deletion.
Has anyone experienced the same issue when creating users through the Zoom API?
I’d appreciate any advice on how to manage temporary test users without repeatedly running into this limit.
