Zoom API starting users Personal Zoom rather than our Zoom Session

Quite a few users are reporting that when we open Zoom client via the API, it reverts to users Personal Zoom Client despite them being logged out of their Personal Zoom Client so they are not able to run the meetings using our Zoom API Session.

So it should switch to our Zoom session but it does not stays in their Zoom login so it doesn’t switch accounts to us.

How can this be fixed pls?
