Have trouble uninstalling dev and prod/beta versions after the latest client updates

Zoom Apps Configuration
The app has a Svelte frontend served by an Express server. The app also connects quite often to a Pocketbase server.

Description
After developing for some time in development mode, I switched to internal beta (there are 3 users in my org). Everything went smoothly, I submitted for an open beta, got accepted and, after the first tests with real users, I decided to make some changes to the app. I thought it was a good idea to first test them in Dev environment. So I uninstalled the app from all 3 users by using the Apps on Account option in Zoom Marketplace → Manage page. I had done that successfully before. I also clicked on the red Remove app from the Production tab inside the options of the app itself. It only removed it from one of the users (the one corresponding to the developer/main account).
Then I tried to install the dev version. It did install on the developer/main account, but not on the other two. I tried several times to install/uninstall both dev and prod versions, the full app, remove folders with data, but the current apps seems to be in a stuck, lingering state. The main (dev version) app is installed on MacOS 26.2 in Zoom Workplace 6.7.2. The other two (prod/beta) version are one in 6.7.2 in Sequoia 15.5 and the other is 6.7.2 on Windows 10 (machine doesn’t have the specs to use Win 11).
Please help me, as currently my development effort is absolutely stuck, since I can’t test any changes with the users of my org.

Thanks!
