Zoom App in development not showing as installed and do not show in Zoom client

@donte.zoom I have a similar issue, as detailed in

it was temporarily solved once and it is now happening again, both for dev and public beta versions of the app

I sent a very thorough walktrough to @kwaku.nyante via e-mail but received no answer so far
