Zoom approval for private marketplace app

Description
We sent our app for approval 10 days ago. Approximately how long does it take to get approval? Is there a way to expedite the approval?
We have not had a reply.
We’re attempting to get a sharable link for our private app.

Additional context
We need to be able to share the app without it being visible in the market place. It is a private app for a web based subscription service.

Our app is called Virtual Chambers and we need to get a publishable URL as our app is private but every time we make a request for that URL we don’t get a response.
