Description
Is it possible to download recordings via the download link returned by the API when cloud recordings are disabled in the admin settings? Compliance requires that cloud recording must be disabled except for our admin team in the case of exceptions.

Hey @rdbigelow,

When disabling Cloud Recording account wide, this disables it for administrators and via API access. What is your use case for occasionally enabling Cloud Recording for admins only?
