We are using Workato to create a recipe to create a new ZCC user by copying an existing users ZCC attributes. For some reason Update skill, get queues, update queues gives a “400 Bad Request: {“code”:124,“message”:“Invalid access token.”}” error.
Scope for read and write user queue and skills have been added. Still no luck. Any advice on how this should be done ?
Hi @jp.ignacio , if you’re using Workato, I recommend reaching out directly to the app development support for the integration since it sounds like the app/integration is calling the Zoom API. We don’t have direct insight into the app/integration unless it’s created by Zoom.
It looks like we figured it out. The account we were using on Workato side was not the same account that had permissions on the Zoom side. Thanks!
