Zoom Error "Forbidden" when sending captions to API


There is still a big problem with sending live captions to the API. Sometimes it works, sometimes we get Error 502 “Forbidden”. Sometimes it stops working after working for a time, other times it starts working after a few minutes or more of not working. For example, we restart our software with the same settings that previously worked and the captions will no longer appear - error 502 for every message sent to the API.

We are certainly not the only ones having this problem and I can find support issues going back a number of years on this same issue. For the people who are relying on live captions to access a meeting or webinar, this is incredibly frustrating. Please could you fix it?
