Zoom hangs when stopping video or going into a breakout room etc

For the past month or so my zoom is hanging pretty much every time I get on a meeting now. It hangs when I try to stop or start my video, it hangs when I try to go into a breakout room, it hangs when I try to come out of a breakout room. I’m attaching the stackshot from just a little while ago. It’s making using zoom very difficult and I use it all the time. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Which macOS Meeting SDK version?
Version: 5.8.4 (2421)

To Reproduce(If applicable) I’m not sure how you can reproduce this?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ‘Breakout room’ or out of breakout room, leave meeting, it just hangs and I need to force quit out every time. I’ve left it for a long time to see if it fixes itself but it doesn’t.

The only screenshot would be a Mac twirling circle.

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)
  • OS: macOS Monterey v.12.0.1
