Something’s recently changed with LTI Pro and now Students cannot access the cloud recordings for meetings created and displayed via Zoom LTI Pro directly. Basically, the students are prompted for the recording passcode but don’t know what the passcode is.
In the meantime, the workaround the other schools have posted is to remove the passcode requirement on the cloud recording.
How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:
- as Teacher in LMS, create a Zoom meeting via LTI Pro
- do a cloud recording
- as Student in LMS, click on the recording
Student is prompted for recording passcode.
