I just want to clarify the meaning of Maximum duration: 1 Month.
Does it refer to the meetings with one month, or the accessing (View/Downloading) within on month?

This refers to the amount of time you can query for a meeting in the past. If you look at the API object the from and to give you a further clarify. So for example, you can query from a month in the past, it will not allow you to query further than that.
