Regarding Zoom Meetings BASIC Plan.

My application has a feature to have group video call.

Shall I run multiple meeting concurrently? Like, different users doing meeting in different groups.

Basic plan provides 40 minutes for group meeting. Is it applicable for each meeting or allover total meeting time?

Basic plan provides one to one is unlimited video call. Suppose, I have users A, B, C, D, E and F. Can user run video call concurrently like: A → B, E → C, D → F ?

On the basic you should be able to do multiple meetings concurrently if you would like. The 40 minute limit is per meeting not allover meeting time. Yes you should be able to accomplish the situation in your third question.
