Zoom meetings freezes

Zoom meeting (and other programs) go dramatically slower permanently. A solution is to

  1. run Command Promt as Administrator
  2. ipconfig /flushdns
  3. netsh winsock reset

However, after an hours or so everything everything freezes again. It is the same on three computers connected by cable to the same router alhtough for a few months it happened only on one of these computers and on other two - never. Since 2-3 weeks it is the same on all 3 computers.

Anybody had something similar?

The same issue happened with me when I was using low spec system, in which when Disk usage increase upto 100%.
