Description
We built an e-learning platform web app which at some point needs to launch Zoom meetings. The issue we are facing is that for some users, this opens in the web browser, instead of the Zoom app, even though they have the Zoom app installed on their phone.
The same thing happens for the user even if I share with them a Zoom link that was created in the Zoom app.
This is what they are seeing when trying to launch the app and their phone settings.
