Zoom phone webhooks: caller_ended, callee_ended
Description
I am trying to figure out how to accurately tell who ends the call within a call log. I have tried using the caller_ended and callee_ended webhooks. The issue is those seem to only trigger when the callee or caller is within our organization. Meaning that if someone calls in and also hangs up, the webhook will not trigger.

I did some testing on my end and found interesting edge cases. Allow me to escalate this with Engineering team and I will get back to you with an update. ( ZSEE-189352 internal ticket number for reference)

I was able to get some feedback from our Engineering team who confirmed that these webhooks are not applicable to external numbers.
According to the documentation, these events are only applicable to Zoom Phone numbers onthe same account, or a user of your app (the user of the app from which these webhook events are subscribed).
