Zoom phone get call log endpoint doesn't return all calls

Hi we’re using zoom phone API to get call logs and the results does not match the call log reports on our account dashboard. The endpoint we’re using is /phone/users/{userId}/call_logs. We had implemented this over a month ago and has been working correctly. This issue with missing call logs only started in the last few days.

If there’s an support email address I can contact directly out this issues? I can share the code sample and info about the affected user accounts.
