Issue with Call Log API, not all the records are returned

When I use the API to retrieve call log records for a user, I do not receive the same number of records as what is showing in the Zoom Portal Call logs.

For a given request, the API call only returned one record. When I look in the Zoom portal, I see five records.

So trying to understand why there is a discrepancy.

Using this API:
/docs/api/rest/reference/phone/methods/#operation/phoneUserCallLogs

Providing the email address for the given user. And the From and To dates.
