Zoom Phone Policy Settings Detect Recodring Prompt When Importing Calls

We want to programatically detect if a Zoom Phone user has a recording prompt in their policy settings when we import their calls through the Zoom API.

We have a case where for a Zoom Phone user recording their settings are that they indeed have a recording prompt enabled but such a recording prompt is not present in the recording that we get through the API

At the time of downloading this recording the Zoom Phone user policy has a recording prompt enabled but no such voice is present in the audio file. Is there a way to check if there was a prompt that the call is being recorded at the time of recording for this particular recording id?
