Zoom phone recording issue


Our CRM system currently uses Zoom API to receive zoom calling history. And we will receive those messages (phone.caller_ended, phone.caller_connected, phone.recording_completed). But some calls miss this message(phone.recording_completed). Can you help us to resolve it?

For example:

18/09/2022 From: 戴喆(zhe.dai@wukongsch.com)098704422 to: +43 6606623228

We did not receive this call phone.recording_completed message. Please check the attachment.

I do not see the attachment that you mentioned.
Also, what type of app are you working with?

Thanks for your reply. We use the Zoom client app. And I failed to add these two pictures to this post (notices that “Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.”). How to attach the attachment to this reply?
