We have about 60 or so users making phone calls from our web page using Zoom Phone Smart Embed and it works great most of the time.
However, we have a couple of users that are reporting getting “No available callerId” error message occasionally. I don’t have a screen shot of it but it appears near the top of the dialing pad in the iframe (just added it).
I had this happen a few times when I was testing as well. Below the dialing pad there is a drop down for Caller ID and I can see the Direct Number, Main Company Number and 12 Additional Company Numbers listed.
Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
