Zoom Pro & Moodle

I bought a Pro account. I add it to moodle with App Marketplace. But when i start zoom from moodle, i see this message; "Your account is either in ‘pending’ or ‘inactive’ status. Check email for registration link or contact your Zoom account manager. "
In Zoom my account is “active”
What is the problem?
How can i solve it?
