Followed the documentation provided by ServiceNow / Zoom and I am getting the following error:

Oops! We were unable to complete your request. Please try again. (4,700)

My default grant type is Authorization Code and my ServiceNow redirect URL is in both development and production tab.

I opened a case with ServiceNow and they pointed me here since this error is a “redirect URL” error message.

Hi @vpena-bastalla ,

There are 2 main reasons why this 4700 error happens:

1. You have not added the redirect URL to hwitelist
2. The redirect URL in your app does not match with the redirect URL that you are using when making the request call to the access token.
   Can you please confirm that this is not the case?

Issue was the scopes. Scopes need to be deleted in SNOW Oauth entry before you attempt to get a token.
