Zoom video connectivity issue

Unable to connect zoom Telehealth video call the from mobile app since Zoom API only returns meetingId but password is empty.
End Point is https://applications.zoom.us

Can you please provide the full endpoint url and link to the documentation? I am unaware of https://applications.zoom.us being one of our API endpoints.
