How do we tile all the participants on mobile as we do on PC as opposed to Spotlight mode we’re having now.

Are you referring to gallery view? If so, version 1.9.0 supports gallery view:

1. There used to be a top meeting console bar with which we can set the desktop sharing and some other features, but it is no longer available after it being closed. Is there anyway that we bring it back.
