One of our clients has issue when using our web application to make Zoom call.
The error is “… the signature has expired”.
We are using Web SDK 1.9.1.
We tested with our client and found out the clock on their desktop computer is out of sync; 30 seconds ahead of the actual time.
If anyone know how to fix or get around this issue please let us know.
Here are some suggestions:
Make sure your signature is being generated on the server side in the UTC timezone.
