Zoom Web SDK needs BIG improvements

Thanks for your response. The changelog does not mention anything about this specific issue of Audio/Video.

Can you suggest if this is resolved in this update and we can go ahead and update our SDK. Else it will be a futile costly exercise for us.

Problems in connecting Video & Audio in Web SDK

Description Hi, we are using Zoom web sdk and we are facing a consistent problem. When we start the meeting, most of the times either video does not start, or audio does not start. sometimes, we see a blank screen. We have to refresh multiple times to get things started. Further many a times, the audio cracks so much that it is not possible to understand what is going on. The call works fine on Zoom application though on desktop or Zoom mobile API. We are facing this issue only with Zoom Web SD…
