Problems in connecting Video & Audio in Web SDK

Hi, we are using Zoom web sdk and we are facing a consistent problem. When we start the meeting, most of the times either video does not start, or audio does not start. sometimes, we see a blank screen. We have to refresh multiple times to get things started. Further many a times, the audio cracks so much that it is not possible to understand what is going on. The call works fine on Zoom application though on desktop or Zoom mobile API. We are facing this issue only with Zoom Web SDK. Please assist as we are now forced to use Microsoft Teams.

We had emailed you the issue and the meeting ID at the mentioned email address. When can we expect some resolution? Can this be answered on priority as we are not able to run the classes with this issue.
