Zoom WebSDK -- Is the video being served from Zoom servers?

I am using Zoom Web SDK to host meetings on my website (Using this Wordpress plugin: Video Conferencing with Zoom – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org).

I wanted to understand if for meetings/webinars hosted as such, will the traffic flow via my server or will it be via Zoom’s servers (and of-course the participants, who might be accessing via web browser or App).

Reason I need to know if I want to understand bandwidth requirements of my server.
