We had a serious problem today that affected countless customers of ours. Suddenly and randomly for at least a full hour, the Zoom WebSDK would not let 50% of people who tried accessing it join, and it presented them with a “join error”. I see no report of this on Zoom’s status page, no mention of it by the team, nothing on social media - what happened? We cannot replicate it now because it is working but it greatly affected all our customers for a full hour.
Can we get some clarity here? Did Zoom upgrade something in the middle of the day?
