My vendor is trying to activate Zoom - Workday which was working fine earlier and now throwing error as : There was an error processing your request. Please return to your home page and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your Workday administrator. Auth Gateway Error Case: C3C4E3LEOEXN89
I have followed all instruction provided on similar post and configured links at zoom as below:
Redirect URL for OAuth : https://…/XYZ1/authorize
Allow List :
https://…/ccx/oauth2/XYZ1/token and above link with other standard workday links.
We tried using token link in Redirect OAUTH URL, its throwing error : the requested resource is not available
We tried changing Client ID and Client Secret in Zoom and configured the same at workday as well. Still its not working.
Any help troubleshooting this will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
