Zoom's custom buttons not appearing on SFDC layouts

HI there,

We have recently installed Zoom on our SFDC. For some reason the Start Zoom Mettting buttons are not appearing on the the pages, we can select to add them to the page layouts but they are not appearing on the pages.

Thanks for reaching out about this. To clarify, are you working with our Zoom for Salesforce integration, or something else?

If so, is there an example/screenshot you can share of the issue?
