Incorrect data via /webinar/ + webinarid + /participants

Description
The Api “/v2/report/webinars/ + webinarid” returns a participantcount of 65. If I call “/v2/report/webinars/ + webinarid + /participants” I get a list with only 16 entries, most of them with duration 0 although the moderator of the webinar confirmed that at least 60 persons attended this webinar.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

/v2/report/webinars/ + webinarid + /participants

Additional context
The first few times our system tried to get the reports for this webinar the number of participants was 0

although this incident is marked as resolved, the data is still incomplete - is it possible to restore the data of the participant report or is it lost?
