4700 error on specific accounts when connect with our app

We have an issue when specific zoom account connect with our app , we connect successfully to the app by the multi accounts but on the specific account we get the 4700 error

4700 error invalid redirect URL , Note that we have added this link on the whitelist and it’s working without problem on the specific accounts
