We are getting error 4928 You do not have permission to live stream
We are calling PATCH meetings/{meetingId}/livestream/status trying to start the live stream

Meeting ID we get this on is ***********

The client confirmed he is on Zoom Pro.

We asked the client to confirm Allow live streaming meeting is on.
He replied he doesn’t have access to this setting. But he talked to his admin and the admin confirmed the setting is on. He sent this screenshot.

You can close this. Thanks for the response. After walking the customer through the settings it turned out that “Allow live streaming meeting” is toggled off. :man_facepalming:
