504 Gateway Timeout errors from calls API

Hi, I’m sorry if I’m creating a duplicate topic, I’ve seen that several similar topics have already been created, but I haven’t seen any answer as to how to resolve the issue.
We have a job that fetches users calls info https://api.zoom.us/v2/phone/users/{0}/call_logs on an hourly basis and from time to time (usually 1 to 3 times per day) our calls to your API fail with this 504 Gateway Timeout error.
Could you please provide some steps as to how we can fix this issue, or maybe there’s something you could do on your side?
