Zoom Phone waiting_time is NULL

I’m working on bringing in waiting_time (the amount of time from when a caller initiates a call to when the callee answers) into a database, but pretty much every call has a NULL waiting_time. I’ve done some testing such as waiting x amount of seconds before answering a call and waiting_time is still null. Anyone else have this issue?

Could you confirm that you have Call queues enabled?
As per the Docs, it looks like this waiting_time is related to the time that a call queue member takes to answer the call

Unless I’m missing something related to enabling call queues, we have call queues.

Could you please share with me a response body that you get when calling the Get account’s call logs endpoint so I can reach out to our Engineering team to debug this issue for you.
