A few questions about accounts and licenses for an online learning platform

I’m new to the forum so please forgive if this is the wrong topic to post this under.

Our company is currently deciding on whether or not to go with zoom as our student-to-teacher video conferencing platform and there are a few little things we’re confused about.

  1. There is restriction of License count to 99 at Plans & Pricing for Zoom One | Zoom even on business accounts. Would it be possible to increase this number without using an enterprise account?
  2. Is it somehow possible to increase the meeting time for basic users with affecting any of the other features of the account?
  3. Is the local recording option limited to the machines the users are connected on or is it possible to send the recording somewhere else?
