Account does not support REST API. msg when trying to get recordings

Trying to call API with:{$userid}/recordings?page_size=300
No errors for JWT key.

[code] => 200
[message] => Account does not support REST API.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Which Endpoint/s?{$userid}/recordings?page_size=300

We have been able to use the API to set up Meetings, Webinars, etc.
It seems we have also been able to access some recordings.

Actually, it appears it was another account that is having this issue.

Just let us know if you still have questions! Typically, this is returned if a user on an account doesn’t have the developer and marketplace privileges/role on their profile (this can be set by their Zoom account admin).
