Adding new scope to existing verified zoom oauth app

We have verified zoom oauth app in market place and users are using in production env .

Now we want to add another scope to this app.

Just wanted to know how this will affect users on prod.
1. Oauth App will go to unverified state till verified with new scope?
2. Users will be able to use unverified app on prod till it’s verified?
