Hello, we currently have custom website variables that are being passed from our internal website to Zoom contact center. Some of these variables include the phone number, email address, etc. We are wondering if there is any easy way inside the flow to check if this customer exists as a contact inside the address book in Zoom contact center. I understand I can make API calls to get the address book and check this, but this seems very consuming, so I want to see if there is a better way. Thanks.

Currently the Flow does not have direct access to the Address Book. The solution you have implemented using Zoom openAPIs is an option.
That being said, this summer we do expect to release an enhancement around “Address Book Custom Fields” which will help to address this, by exposing Address Book custom variables in the Flow in an easy to use manner. Keep an eye on the Zoom Contact Center release notes for this feature. We should see it within the next couple months.
Please note, this is subject to change until this feature is released as a GA feature.
