After updating marketplace app we are getting an error code 4011 (newest SDK)

HI,

We submitted the app update SDK 3.8.0 and are waiting for approval after a while the submission finally came through we deployed everything to production but am getting an error message after integrating the application.

Users cannot join meetings!
The application is live in the marketplace and has passed all inspections.

Hi @yoon.conner - we face exactly the same issue. We got our approval during October & we use the Web SDK 3.9.0.

Can you assist us?

Just a quick heads up. In our case, an older KEY was being used which needed to be exchanged with the correct one.

Thank you, @dowow.tv, for your quick response. I checked the client ID and client secret, and they appear to be correct.

If this is the issue, shouldn’t we have encountered similar problems during testing the app by us & the Zoom team?

For everyone who is curious, the solution to our issue was on Zoom’s side. Although our Zoom app had been published, Zoom wouldn’t recognize it as being published.

Thanks to the incredible assistance from @yoon.conner, we resolved this issue within just a few hours! I sincerely appreciate all that you’ve done, Yoon. Thank you so much! :slight_smile:
