All Users Disconnect and can't reconnect

Description

Our internal reference ticket number is 10157.
There were many disconnections for a meeting on the web client sdk.
Reason: Network connection error.
Latency just shooting up on the ones I looked at.

Many people joined, and it started kicking people out and they were not able to join back.
We had to have them turn on the native zoom to continue.

Environment:

  • Production

All or most of the users from one of our major clients.

I noticed that you’re on version 1.8.0 of our Web SDK, which is quite outdated now. Can you please upgrade to a more recent version (we’re at 1.9.6 now)?
