Alternative host is not able to control or manage the sharing rights

The alternative host also does not have the rights to share the screen and configure other controls generally available with the creator host.
Need your urgent attention on this.

It sounds like the Admin needs to designate appropriate account-level screen sharing settings in the web portal for account users: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/8978970631309-Enabling-or-disabling-screen-sharing-in-Zoom-meetings

Also have your alternative hosts confirm their screen share settings.
