Hello, we’re interested in leveraging the new (as of 6.3.0) ‘Occupied’ status that is now present when rooms with appropriate hardware are physically occupied, but no booking exists (during booked blocks, the room schedulers show ‘Busy’, not ‘Occupied’, so there is a unique value to the Occupied status).
1.) Is there a webhook available - or one that will be available in the near future for ‘Occupied’ status (true/false)?
2.) Is it possible to change the status of a room/space to ‘Occupied’ by making a call? Use case: we use data from a 3rd-party occ sensor’s API to inform the ZR that the space is occupied, even if we don’t have occupancy-sensing latest-gen ZR appliances.
There is a major issue in AV/UC across orgs (colleagues have shared similar frustrations) where room bookings and actual presence (or lack thereof) are not reconciled. This affects space planning, other users’ booking patterns, etc. Would be great to add this parameter to the API if it’s not already on the roadmap.
