API works with one account but not another

I created Zoom meeting integration for a client with my basic account and everything works properly. When I switch over to my client’s account, meeting creation fails with error “code”:300,“message”:“The value that you entered in the schedule_for field is invalid. Enter a valid value and try again.”.

I searched the forum and it said this is often a permissions issue. We compared his permissions to mine and everything looks right to me. What do I check next?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum.
If you are trying to create a meeting for a user that does not belong to your client’s account, then this error is expected.
You can only schedule meetings for users under the same account.
