API Endpoint(s) and/or Zoom API Event(s)
- The issue occurs during the OAuth web server flow.
Description
I added new OAuth redirect URLs to my already published Zoom Marketplace app and saved the changes (under the App Credentials step).
However, the new redirects did not work as expected—external Zoom users were redirected to an “Application not found” page. Notably, the new redirects worked fine for internal Zoom users, and the old redirect URLs continued to function correctly for both internal and external users.
Upon rechecking my Marketplace account, I noticed new required fields in the Submit step. I assumed that the changes were not applied until these fields were completed. So, I filled in all the required fields and resubmitted the app.
Despite this, the issue persisted—external Zoom users were still unable to sign in due to the “Application not found” error.
Does this mean that the new changes are only applied after the review process is complete? If so, where can I track the progress of the review?
Error?
